The plans
Free: 1 server over RCON, 7 days of logs. Standard (€5.99 a month): 2 servers, the agent, live map, automation and Discord webhooks, 30 days of logs. Pro (€9.99): 5 servers, mod integrations, team, player routes, hit and building logs, 60 days. Community (€22.99): unlimited servers, player hub, REST API, priority support, 90 days.
Good to know: Paid plans open soon - the Free plan is open to everyone now.
Paying
Pay monthly or yearly - the same price per month either way - with PayPal or Apple Pay. The plan renews by itself until you cancel.
Changing plan
- Upgrade: the new plan starts at once, and the time you already paid for becomes free days on it before its first payment.
- Downgrade, or yearly to monthly: your current plan runs to the end of what you paid for, then the new one starts. Nothing is charged before.
- Cancel: the plan keeps working to the end of the period, then the account moves to Free.
If a payment fails
The plan keeps working for three days past its end while the renewal comes through. If no payment goes through, the account moves to Free - your servers and settings stay.
