IP bans and ranges
Moderation

IP bans and ranges (Pro, off until the owner switches them on for a server): ban an IP address or a range like 1.2.3.* in Moderation > Bans. An exact address goes into the BattlEye ban list; BattlEye cannot take ranges, so the Console kicks a matching player within seconds of joining while its RCON connection is up. Many people share one address: prefer a single address with a time limit.

Safety for IP bans: staff and whitelisted players are never kicked, the Console refuses a ban that would hit one who is online, a kicked player sees only the ban message, private and reserved addresses are refused, the address is stored encrypted only while the ban lasts, and a list holds at most 300 active IP bans.

Potential alternative accounts can now also use the network (Pro, off until the owner switches it on per server): players connecting from the same network get one more reason. Only a keyed fingerprint is kept, for 14 days, never the address. It is one reason among others and nothing happens automatically.

Turning on IP bans or the network hint now asks the owner to confirm that players will be told, and records who switched it on and when.
